Carmen's Classes are wonderful!!! I was looking for a local zumba class for ages, so was excited when this one started up, Carmen is a warm, friendly teacher and I am just so glad I found this class.The only downside is ..its only once a week!!!!!​

Carmen's Zumba is a great class!! she's welcoming and friendly and had boundless energy and enthusiasm. its also great value for money for an hour of exercise that leaves you sweaty and smiling!!

Carmen does a wonderful facial. She was very good and putting me at ease and ensuring that she addressed any problem areas that I highlighted. My skin felt healthier after these sessions. Thanks Carmen!

Carmen's class is brilliant. She is a fantastic teacher. Her class is full of energy and the steps are easy to follow, but they also give you a really great workout. I particularly love the pace of the class, it goes really quickly and by the end you've had a brilliant party and workout! ​
